This Winston-Salem, NC property was purchased in 2011 and underwent a significant rehab that included all new Hardie® siding, all new Energy Star rated windows, interior upgrades, clubhouse remodel, open space creation and significant landscaping improvements. The asset was stabilized quickly and a supplemental loan was placed in the spring of 2016 that allowed the partnership to receive all of their original proceeds back, thereby creating an “infinite return” scenario.
