Douglas C. Gordon received his Bachelor of Science degree from Colorado State University in 1989 and has been involved, in various capacities, with real estate ever since.  Today, he serves as Managing Partner for our Partnerships across the country.

Mr. Gordon specializes in Value-Add opportunities, with significant experience ranging from multi-million dollar rehabs to simple repositions of existing properties.  Some interesting cases are illustrated on our transaction page.

As Managing Partner, Mr. Gordon is directly involved in the underwriting of acquisitions, the oversight of operations, and the eventual dispositions.  From start to finish he is involved and active, every step of the way.

Mr. Gordon is an empty nester with daughters attending Delaware State University and Jacksonville University. For recreation, he enjoys racing road, mountain, and cyclocross bicycles, camping, diving, and other outdoor related activities. He is an active member of Mosaic, a Jesus-Centered Community in Littleton where he, among other things, has served people from Denver to Mexico to Panama.  He also enjoys facilitating Financial Peace University classes with participants from coast to coast. When not busy serving others, working, or racing, vacations to places with sand and saltwater are on the top of his list.
