This Winston-Salem, NC property was purchased in 2011 and underwent a significant rehab that included all new Hardie® siding, all new Energy Star rated windows, interior upgrades, clubhouse remodel, open space creation and significant landscaping improvements. The asset was stabilized quickly and a supplemental loan was placed in the spring of 2016 that allowed the partnership to receive all of their original proceeds back, thereby creating an “infinite return” scenario. The asset continues to outperform financial expectations.
